What is included with my ticket?
We offer 4 types of Tickets, which include different accesses to the event:
1. Standard Ticket – 1 day. Buying this ticket, you will have access to the Fair either on October 2nd or October 3rd from 10:00 – 17:00. You can visit all the booths, network, and attend all parts of the agenda during this time schedule.
2. Standard Ticket – 2 days. Buying this ticket you will have access to the Fair on both days, October 2nd and October 3rd from 10:00 – 17:00. You can visit all the booths, network, and attend all parts of the agenda during this time schedule.
3. VIP Ticket - Buying this ticket will give you access to the Fair on October 2nd and October 3rd from 10:00 – 17:00. You can visit all the booths and attend all parts of the agenda during this time schedule. Additionally, you can access the exclusive VIP area, where coffee, drinks, and finger-food lunch will be served. This is a lounge area where you can have business meetings and network more effectively.
4. Ultra VIP Ticket – Buying this ticket will give you all the benefits of the VIP Ticket, and in addition, you can attend and enjoy the exclusive Albanian food at the Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony on October 3rd (20:00 – 00:00) with live music and VIP guests.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend the festival?
Unfortunately, tickets cannot be refunded, but please do contact us, and we can assign it to someone else of your choice, changing the data in your ticket. Without prior approval, tickets are not transferable.
Can I purchase tickets at the festival entrance?
Yes, there will be a physical point of purchase for the tickets at the entrance where you can buy or upgrade the ticket. However, we strongly encourage you to buy tickets online on our website: gagfestival.com, particularly the VIP and Ultra VIP Ticket because their number is limited.
Is re-entry allowed with the same ticket if I leave the festival grounds?
Yes, re-entry is permitted. You'll receive an event bracelet upon entry, which allows you to leave and return to the festival grounds as needed.
Are there any discounts available for tickets?
If you are a group of 10+ people, please contact us and we will give you an offer for tickets, depending on the type of ticket you are interested in.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, there is no need for printing. You can show it electronically too. Feel free to do either one is better and easier for you.
What are the payment methods accepted for ticket purchases?
You can make a payment with your VISA or Master Card. Unfortunately, we don’t accept Paypal and Amex – we are working on it.
Can I upgrade my general admission ticket to a VIP ticket or Ultra VIP ticket?
Yes, you can upgrade your general admission ticket to a VIP or Ultra VIP ticket by simply paying the price difference between the tickets.
Are there any additional fees when purchasing tickets?
No extra fee is charged when purchasing the ticket, except of the reduced VAT of 7%. In the purchasing price we cover service fees.
