Organization Information for Exhibitors

• Application Process


  1. Submit the request to book a stand - our team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the availability of a stand. The deadline to submit a request for a stand is August 31st, 2024

  2. In case there is availability, the team will share with you the Terms and Conditions to book a stand and the proposed slot number for your stand.

  3. Once you agree, we will share the invoice that must be paid within 5 business days. For any requests made after the deadline of August 31st, 2024, an extra charge of 20% will be applied.

  4. After payment is confirmed, we will put you in contact with our partner Expo Fair, the specialized company in Berlin for building and designing stands.

  5. Don’t worry - we will be with you every step of the way, providing you with all the information that may be helpful to your company, so that you can have an excellent display at the GAG Festival!

Booth Design: Ensure that your booth design is visually appealing and aligns with the gastronomy theme.

Branding: Exhibitors are encouraged to bring roll-ups and promotional brochures/catalogs to enhance visibility.

Product Sampling: If you plan to offer food samples or any other samples, please comply with local health regulations and inform the organizers in advance. Also, please note that samples can only be offered for free, and products are not allowed to be sold.
